We are glad to be offer free shipping on orders over $200.00 to everywhere in Canada. For international customers we offer some of the lowest discounted shipping rates around. All international customers are responsible for paying any import or duty taxes associated with their orders. We cannot provide free shipping on complete bikes.

Please note that Small Packet Air and Small Packet Surface do no come with a tracking number or shipping insurance, and can take up to three months to reach countries such as Australia or New Zealand. For this reason, we no longer ship internationally without a tracking number. If you select untracked shipping on an international order, a customer service rep will contact you to upgrade your shipping.

Price Matching:

We are stoked to now be matching any competitors advertised price. The competitor must have the exact item in stock, and must be willing to ship it to you. Due to the additional costs associated with special orders, we cannot offer price matching on items we don't have in stock. We can only match price on the exact model (make, year, model size, and color). Please keep the current exchange rate in mind when price matching items from other countries, and that all Canadian residents ordering from a retailer abroad will still have to pay tax and Import Duty.

How Do You Get a Price Match?

Available from warehouse means that we do not have the item in store, and would have to bring it in from our suppliers. Not all of our suppliers have inventory listed, and this can make these special orders tricky and time consuming. Most of the time, the wait will be between 2-7 business days, but this is subject to change when items are on back order. We do our best to keep everyone informed of when this happens. Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns on all products (except bikes and helmets) up to 30 days after the order is placed. Buyers will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs unless we are at fault (refer to below). We only accept returns on un-used and un-installed, still in the original un-opened packaging. Refunds will be issued back to you in the same payment method you made the original purchase with. Some items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All clearout and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return. We are sorry, but we are unable to return bikes or safety items (helmets or pads).

Orders Damaged in Shipment

All items that we ship are in new and un-used condition. If a package is delivered to you in damaged condition, you have the option of refusing delivery of a package with obvious damage. If you do receive a damaged package, please immediately call us. We will work with the shipping company to arrange for a pick up of the damaged product and packaging. Please try and leave the product and package in its original form as when you received it. This will make it easier when we file the claim with the shipping company. We will do everything in our power to make sure we get you out a duplicate product(s) in un-damaged condition as quickly as possible. We want to make this as hassle free as possible for you as we realize it is not your fault.

Our Bad

Its true that even perfect individuals such as ourselves make a mistake every ten years or so. If the situation be that we sent you the wrong size, color, or you are missing a product from your indicated original invoice we will do everything in our power to get you out your correct products as soon as possible. We will even toss in a coupon for $20.00 off your next online purchase. We realize that mistakes suck so make sure to give us a call as soon as your realize there is a discrepancy with your received product.

Mounting and Sizing Parts:

Something to keep on in mind when ordering parts for your bike (shocks, forks, wheels) online is that ultimately you are responsible for making sure these parts will fit. We can aid you and assist you to the best of our knowledge as to properly installing the parts but if during the installation the parts are damaged or your bike is damaged because of non-compatibility, ultimately we are not responsible unless we install the parts in store. If you are worried about proper mounting or compatibility we STRONGLY urge you to see your local bike shop.

Ordering Complete Bikes:

Dunbar Cycles cannot ship complete SPECIALIZED BIKES, unless you are unable to get one through your local dealer. Bikes must be picked up at our retail location at 195 W Broadway, Vancouver, BC V5Y 1P4, Canada
